1. A merchant is exposed to two options of acquiring a Telpo device. They can either Purchase or Rent it
  2. Both options require
      1. Current/Re-registered CIPA documents
      2. Certified copy of ID’s of directors and shareholders
      3. Trade licence
      4. Sim card- registered, recharged, (p20) and activated by a short call.
      5. Witness
  3. For those renting, we require voided cheque leaf/ bank confirmation letter (stating account number, account name, branch) because rental money is paid by a direct debit and to sign a direct debit
  4. Merchant to book a day for enrolment with a client relations officer
      1. Day of enrolment: Contracts, applications forms, debit order form and other office documents will be signed by the lessor and the lessee (merchant).
  5. The CR officer will then lead the merchant to Accounts for account opening and payment for the device. NB: Payment can be in the form of cash or card swiping.
  6. After payment, the merchant will be handed to Helpdesk/Trainer so that they can be guided on how to use the device allocated them.
