Mr. France Lassie Mabiletsa joined SmartSwitch Botswana on 01st July 2015 and is a Chartered Accountant with 35 years of experience gained from various sectors that include Real Estate & Property Management, Transport & Logistics, Insurance, Security, Car Rentals and Motor Vehicles. He Joined SmartSwitch Botswana as Finance & Administration Manager and was appointed as Finance Director on 09th October 2019. On 01st November 2021 he was appointed as the Managing Director of SmartSwitch Botswana. Mr. Mabiletsa has CIMA & AAT qualifications and is a Fellow member of Botswana Institute of Chartered Accountants (BICA) and the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA).
